- A booking is only confirmed once Bemap Safaris has issued a written confirmation and the required deposit has been received.
- Prices and itineraries are subject to change based on availability, seasonality, and park fees until a booking is confirmed.
Payments and Cancellations
- Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies will be provided to you during the booking process and detailed in your itinerary confirmation.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to BemapSafaris@proton.me. Refunds are subject to the specific terms of your booked package and third-party supplier policies (e.g., lodges, airlines).
Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, cancellation, curtailment, loss of luggage, and emergency evacuation before commencing their safari.

- Bemap Safaris acts as an agent for the suppliers of accommodations, transport, and other services. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or wildlife behaviour).
- Wildlife viewing is unpredictable. While we strive to provide the best possible experience, we cannot guarantee specific animal sightings.
- Clients are expected to respect wildlife, follow the instructions of their guides at all times, and adhere to the rules and regulations of the National Parks and Reserves.
